Humans on the other hand have chosen to overcome the nature, rather than to live in unison with the nature. For example, instead of migrating to warmer weather, we have chosen to overcome harsh winters by putting heaters in every house and every vehicle. Technology is how we have learned to overcome the nature. Technology has become closer to us than the nature itself!
I think, though, this has caused us to lose our instincts that were developed over a period of millions of years.
Let's take an example of how we respond to a bag of potato chips. - I want it! I have to have it now!
We don't think - am I hungry? or is it good for me?
This - losing our natual insticts that we developed while being in unison with the nature over millions of years - in my opinion is the greatest human failure.
So is technology really the road to discovering a true meaning of life or is it the road to the end of life?

Your flow of thoughts is smooth and makes reading your blog more like story telling with self explanatory pictures. It has a refreshing perspective!
Stephen Covey in his book says : "Technology can be a great servant but a very bad master". When we push ourselves into its submission, we will find that it is indispensable to survival, but if we convince ourselves that it is just an accessory to comfortable living, we get the best of it.
Ever wonder why wild animals are never obese but pet obesity is turning out to be an epidemic? :)
Being in the USA, it seems, you are more conversant with technology.
It is indeed amazing what technology can do. But do we need it? In some cases, yes. In some cases, we can do quite without it.
The point is, if we don't do it, someone else will, and then get an upperhand to make us slaves. So why not be ahead.....and run. So we have to keep running, faster....and faster still.
That, unfortunately, is life today.

Interesting take on the misuse of technology to gain advantage over another group. Will this philosophy bring more good than bad in the long run - by pushing the boundaries of technology?
