Capital One 10X Miles Venture Promotion terms & conditions:
These Terms govern your participation in the Capital One 10X Miles Venture Promotion (the "Promotion") offered by Hotels.com LP and Capital One Bank (USA), N.A. (Capital One) (the "Promotion Partners"). Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility: This Promotion is open only to Capital One cardholders with a United States-issued Venture or VentureOne credit card that is open and in good standing.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion starts at 12:00 AM CT on January 31, 2018 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on January 31, 2020 (the "Promotion Period").
3. Make an Eligible Booking:
a. Use your Capital One Venture or VentureOne credit card to make an Eligible Booking on www.hotels.com/venture (the "Website") during the Promotion Period.
b. An Eligible Booking is a hotel-only booking made on the Website during the Promotion Period between January 31, 2018 and January 31, 2020. All other bookings — including bookings made by phone or the Hotels.com mobile app, bookings for groups, bookings that include flights, and bookings where payment is made at a hotel — are not eligible.
c. Payments made through PayPal, a digital wallet (such as Apple Pay and Android Pay), and any payment method that is not a U.S. issued Capital One Venture or VentureOne credit card cannot be used as a valid payment method for this Promotion.
4. Receive Venture Miles:
a. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you will receive ten (10) Venture Miles for each full Dollar spent on an Eligible Booking (not including taxes and fees).
b. Venture Miles will be deposited in your Capital One Venture or VentureOne account within two (2) billing cycles following the payment for an Eligible Booking. You will not receive Venture Miles if you cancel your Eligible Booking. You acknowledge that any Venture Miles already received must be returned or will be reclaimed if you change or modify a booking. Additionally, if you change or modify a booking, you will only receive Venture Miles for the modified booking if (i) you make the modification via the hotels.com website and (ii) the revised booking meets the requirements set forth in these Terms.
c. Your Venture or VentureOne account must be open and in good standing to be eligible to earn rewards.
d. Venture Miles are subject to the terms and conditions disclosed when you opened your account and any subsequent amendments.
5. General Terms:
a. By participating in this Promotion, you indicate your full agreement to these Terms which may change without prior notice to you, as well as to any decisions the Promotion Partners may make regarding the Promotion.
b. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way, the Promotion Partners may suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and later resume the Promotion.
c. The Promotion Partners reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or interferes with the operation of the Promotion or violates these Terms. Further, the Promotion Partners reserve the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion.
d. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold the Promotion Partners, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of your participation in the Promotion.
e. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Commonwealth of Virginia without regard to any portion of its choice of law principles that might provide for application of a different jurisdiction's law. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Virginia, or if such court does not have subject matter jurisdiction, to the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia located in Henrico County.
