On Monday, Congressman Raja was featured in a Forbes article about the rise of Indian American leaders in Congress. In it, the Congressman noted that "the growing Indian American presence in Washington follows the emergence of Indian American leaders in so many other fields, including medicine, science, technology and business."
On Thursday, Congressman Raja joined CNN to discuss the Biden impeachment and the threat of a government shutdown, which was narrowly avoided over the weekend. The Congressman was critical of the impeachment proceedings, saying that "instead of talking about [impeachment], we should be talking about funding the government, which is about to shut down in about two and a half days."
On Friday, Congressman Raja appeared on MeidasTouch to discuss failures in Congressional GOP leadership. The Congressman remarked that "Speaker McCarthy needs to realize.. he is a Speaker for the country-- not just for one party, not just for one caucus... and so he needs to do the right thing."
