Republicans can't govern.

Friends, It feels like deja vu. Just 45 days ago, Democrats helped save our economy from a government. Now here we are again... Democrats have come to the rescue again to pass a continuing resolution with 209 Democratic votes. It would have failed without our votes. The fact is, Republicans can't pass a budget on their own and refuse to seek a bipartisan compromise for the good of the American people. They have failed to govern and instead continue to kick the can down the road. We deserve real leadership in Congress.
