On Monday, Reuters reported on a letter Congressman Raja sent to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin to add seven Chinese biotech firms to a list created by the Pentagon to highlight firms working with the Chinese military.
On Friday, Congressman Raja penned an article for Newsweek about why America's future is linked to that of Taiwan's. The Congressman wrote, "Earlier this year, I traveled to Taiwan along with four of my colleagues from the [China Committee]. There, our bipartisan delegation witnessed a thriving island democracy whose future will be closely bound up with our own."
On Sunday, Congressman Raja appeared on CNN to discuss US competition with the Chinese Communist Party and the need to pass national security funding. The Congressman said, "We want green goods but we want to keep our own industry in the green. If we don't we are going to lose jobs."
