In an effort to be more transparent, we updated our Terms of Service. We included an update to our arbitration provision, explained new features of our Services, and made changes to comply with current laws and regulations.
We updated our Privacy Notice to create a combined notice for GoFundMe and all affiliates, including Classy. We separated out our Cookie Policy and addressed current legal requirements, including specifics on how to exercise your data rights. We also added more detail regarding information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we may share it.
We encourage you to review the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. By continuing to use our products and services on or after September 1, 2024, you acknowledge receipt of —and agree to— these updated Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
