Congressman Raja appeared on CNN's The Situation Room to discuss North Korean aggression and Chinese aid to Russia. He said that "the Biden Administration has made it very clear that any provision of such lethal aid [to Russia] would trigger even more consequences for the CCP, and it would be done on a bipartisan basis."
On Tuesday, Congressman Raja published an op-ed in Newsweek addressing how to prevent the CCP from influencing American policymakers. He wrote that "if the House wants to make America more competitive, we need to put an end to these CCP influence shell games and pass the Disclosing Foreign Influence in Lobbying Act."
On Thursday, Congressman Raja was featured in the Washington Post, weighing in on the AI debate and how the US should handle competition with the CCP in this arena. He noted that "we need to make sure that on the one hand, we take targeted steps to avoid fueling [China's] potential advancement of technologies that could harm us or our values. At the same time, we have to marshal a sense of urgency and the resources and the know-how to advance on our own in these very technologies."
