Trump signs Executive Order to dismantle Department of Education

It's official: moments ago, Donald Trump signed an Executive Order dismantling the Department of Education!
 
Alongside billionaire Elon Musk, Trump has devoted the first months of his term to taking a chainsaw to our country's most crucial institutions – and now, their next step is DEMOLISHING THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.
 
Experts say that this decision could cut crucial funding and disproportionately impact students most in need across the country – like students with disabilities and those from low-income families.
