- DOJ has already been found likely in violation of the transparency law that forced the first release.
- Millions of pages are still sealed.
- Survivors' advocates say victims' names surfaced while the people who enabled Epstein stayed protected.
- DOJ's own deputy attorney general has said there will be no additional prosecutions.
- No one has been brought to justice.
