Last night, a sitting Democratic Senator went on video, at the Republican National Midterm Convention, and praised Donald Trump.
This wasn’t a leaked clip or an old quote taken out of context.
It was a pre-recorded video, filmed on purpose, played on purpose, in Dallas, at MAGA’s own showcase event.
Senator John Fetterman stood in front of a steel plant and told the room he'd "work with President Trump." He distanced himself from his own party on camera, at a Republican convention, while Republicans in the room cheered him on.
Here's why this should scare you as much as it scares me.
If Democrats flip the Senate this November, every single seat matters. And a senator who just used a Republican convention stage to cozy up to Trump could become the deciding vote on anything — including handing Republicans back control the moment it benefits him.
We don't need Democrats who cozy up to Donald Trump. We need Democrats who stand up to him.
That is exactly why Equal Opportunity Now exists. We're not interested in funding Democrats who fold the second it's politically convenient. We're funding real fighters — the ones running now, and the ones who will need our support in the elections ahead — who will hold the line when it matters most.
Will you chip in $25 or $50 to Equal Opportunity Now today to help us build a bench of Democrats who will not serve as props for Donald Trump?
