On Friday, The Hill wrote about Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi's calls for the Biden administration to release doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine to nations that need it. "I respectfully but strongly call on the Biden Administration to release millions of AstraZeneca vaccine doses to countries hardest-hit by the spread of COVID-19, including India, Argentina, and potentially others."
Earlier in the week the Congressman joined WGN to discuss the bill to grant statehood to DC. "Look at what the people of DC want. You have to go back to their right to self-determination and the fact that their license plate is exactly right. No taxation without representation."
The Congressman also spoke with WGN on Wednesday to discuss the infrastructure bill. "The bottom line is that different chunks of the Biden overall package are going to be taken up by different committees, and they're going to be taken up over the course of several months."
