The justices who made dark money legal are taking it. Here's what we know — and the one fix they can't reverse.
The Court That Made Dark Money Legal Is Taking Dark Money SCOTUS Ethics Crisis |
Sandeep, the same nine justices who legalized unlimited dark money in our elections are now collecting luxury gifts from the billionaires who flood elections with that money. |
☑️ 🔄 💰 |
They gave billionaires your vote.
Now billionaires are paying them back. |
Millions in gifts. Zero accountability. |

Three of the five justices who voted in the Citizens United majority — Thomas, Alito, and Roberts — are still on the bench today, ruling on abortion rights, voting access, and student debt. Those same three are at the center of the ethics scandals, collecting from the megadonors who profit most from their ruling. |
✖ Thomas: ProPublica found millions in gifts, trips & real estate from GOP megadonors — most never disclosed |
✖ Alito: Luxury Alaska fishing trip from hedge fund billionaire Paul Singer — who had active cases before the Court at the time |
✖ Roberts: Refused to appear before the Senate Judiciary Committee to answer a single question about any of it |
✖ The 2023 "ethics code": No enforcement body, no sanctions mechanism — justices can simply ignore it |
|
|
The circle is complete. They handed billionaires our elections — and now billionaires are funding their lifestyle. Every ethics reform bill Congress writes can be challenged in front of these same nine justices. We cannot legislate our way out of this. The only fix that survives a hostile court — the only one they cannot reverse — is a constitutional amendment. That's the 28th Amendment. We are 16 states away. |

28th Amendment — Ratification Progress: 22 of 38 states ✓
58% there — 16 more states to go |
22 state legislatures have already passed resolutions calling for the amendment. Every state we flip, every progressive elected to a state house — that's one step closer to ending the entire corrupt structure permanently. Not until the next court reverses it. For good. |

The SCOTUS "ethics code" of November 2023: no enforcement body, no sanctions, no outside investigator, no mechanism to compel compliance. Congress writes laws. The Court decides if they’re constitutional. And now the Court has declared its own ethics optional. That’s the system. We have to change it. |

16 States. One Amendment. No More Loopholes. They’re counting on your silence.
Prove them wrong.
