This week, the Supreme Court's conservative majority appeared ready to allow a Colordao graphic designer the right to refuse to create websites celebrating same-sex weddings. A ruling in favor of the graphic designer would be another attempt by the Court to undermine the 2015 ruling confirming the right to same-sex marriage.
