The United States Senate did something extraordinary: every single senator — Democrat and Republican — agreed that Ghislaine Maxwell should never receive a pardon for helping Jeffrey Epstein abuse children.
Unanimous. Not one senator objected.
Know what I have to say about it? GOOD!
This is the bill I have been championing in the House for months. This EXACT SAME RESOLUTION.

Here's why this moment means so much to me:
Months ago, I introduced the House version of this exact resolution. I stood with Epstein survivors and said plainly: Maxwell has shown no guilt, no remorse, not one ounce of accountability for what she did to those children. I demanded the Department of Justice release the full Epstein files. I sent letter after letter to Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche warning him against any deal.
And I said it then, and I'll say it now: Justice must never be for sale. Especially not to someone who preyed on children.
Let's be completely honest about what is happening here:
Ghislaine Maxwell facilitated the sexual abuse and trafficking of minors. She was convicted. She was sentenced to 20 years. And yet Donald Trump has refused, again and again, to rule out giving her a pardon — because Maxwell's own lawyer has made clear she is dangling testimony that could "clear Trump's name" in exchange for her freedom.
Now that the Senate has spoken with one voice, there is no excuse left. The House must immediately pass my resolution and send it to the President's desk — and force Donald Trump to either sign it or show the entire country exactly whose side he's really on.
I am not going to let this go quietly into a news cycle and disappear. The survivors of Epstein's crimes have waited long enough for justice. They deserve leaders who will not stop demanding it — no matter who gets uncomfortable.
No pardon. No deal. A convicted child predator does not get to buy her freedom with lies about the President. Chip in $25 or $50 right now and help me hold the line.
