He later served as a policy analyst at the U.S Department of Labor, focusing on strengthening communities who lost jobs through no fault of their own. The four generations that came before him have molded Josh into understanding the needs of working-class families. He's seen first hand families struggling to access healthcare, have a roof over their head, and retire with dignity – even if they've played by the rules.
